Questions, answered

Do students need to install anything?
No. Students sign in to the web app, see their upcoming lessons, and reschedule or cancel within your policy. Calendar invites work with any calendar that reads .ics files — Google, Apple, Outlook.
Can I control what students are allowed to do?
Yes. Per studio you decide whether students can reschedule a single lesson, move a whole series, or cancel — plus minimum notice and a monthly reschedule limit. Admins and teachers can always act on a student's behalf.
What happens to recurring times when the clocks change?
Recurring lessons are stored in your studio's timezone and expanded with timezone-aware math, so a "4:00 PM Monday" lesson stays at 4:00 PM through daylight-saving changes.
Can one person belong to more than one studio?
Yes. A teacher or admin can belong to multiple studios with different roles and switch between them. Data never crosses studios.
